• Via email enquiries: name, email address, and any information you include in your message
• Via Booking.com: when you make a reservation, Booking.com shares your booking details with us (name, email address, arrival and departure dates, number of guests)

3. Bookings via Booking.com

All reservations are made through Booking.com. When you book, Booking.com shares your booking details (name, email, dates, number of guests) with us as the host. We use this information solely to manage your stay. Booking.com's own privacy policy applies to data collected on their platform: booking.com/content/privacy.html.

4. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry or manage your reservation. We do not use your data for marketing and do not share it with any third parties other than as described above.

5. Data Retention

Booking and financial records are retained for 10 years as required by Swiss law (OR art. 958f). General email correspondence is retained for 2 years, after which it is securely deleted.

6. Your Rights
